We are hiring for a Licensed Clinical Program Director for our Brooklyn location.

M-F 9 to 5pm.

Salary:*98K+* based on experience.

*Minimum Education Requirements:*

Masters’ Degree in Social Services (*LCSW*), Public Health, or other relevant discipline. At least two years’ experience with grant or research project coordination/leadership, and two years’ supervisory experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Cultural competency is essential. Bilingual Spanish required due to project population.

*Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:*

· Highly skilled and knowledgeable in EBP treatment of mental illness, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders with a strength-based, whole health approach.

· Experience with developing and implementing service/protocols related to the need of a grant or research project.

· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project team personnel.

· Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, colleagues, public, other agencies and their staff, and third party insurance personnel

· Demonstrated commitment of the value of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $98,000.00 per year
