We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Education Program Services to join our team at ADAPT Community Network. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of our education programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director in directing, coordinating, and developing all program components to ensure the most effective and productive utilization of resources.
- Supervise direct care and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and departmental policies.
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies to meet the needs of our children and families.
- Collaborate with other programs and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Monitor program budget and prepare various agency reports as required.
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- At least five years of experience as a Special Education Teacher and four years of experience as a School Administrator.
- New York State Permanent Certification as a Special Education Teacher and School Administrator.
- Valid New York State Driver's License and good standing.
