Central Payments is seeking a dynamic Compliance Operations Manager to join our team and spearhead our Compliance Management System (CMS). What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and manage compliance operations, ensuring adherence to federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive compliance audits and testing programs to ensure risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the implementation of new compliance programs, aligning them with the evolving regulatory landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of compliance analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability and development.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes, proactively driving updates to policies and procedures.

What You Bring:
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, especially UDAAP, Regulation E, Regulation P, and the Prepaid Rule.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex compliance projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable plans.
  • Experience in designing compliance testing programs and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field (CRCM certification is a plus).
  • 5-7 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
