Core Responsibilities:

  • Promote a robust culture of safety and regulatory adherence
  • Work closely with leadership to meet EHS objectives
  • Evaluate and enhance EHS performance across locations
  • Assist in investigations of accidents and incidents
  • Deliver safety training to staff members
  • Support compliance with environmental permits
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and DOT standards
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective measures
  • Act as the company representative in regulatory discussions
  • Analyze risk data and present findings to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least three years of experience in EHS management
  • Expertise in Operational Safety (PSM/RMP)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the Compressed Gas sector
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential
  • OSHA Authorized Trainer certification
