BDM/Account Manager

We are looking to recruit New Business focused individuals and Account Management individuals - one to sell new business and another to grow existing accounts selling a Cloud-based ERP solution to local Government municipalities.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business sales opportunities:
- Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure Civica's solution.
- Integrate personal sales efforts with organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns and exhibitions.
- Manage pipeline to ensure that incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on-month.
- Maximize the opportunity for revenue recognition by means of well-balanced payment profiles for contracted business.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap through identification of customer requirements to facilitate the development of profitable products and services
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling Cloud-based solutions to local municipalities or other public sector verticals. Our most successful Sales colleagues embody the following behaviors & competencies:

- Must be willing to travel- 25-50%
- Territories includes: Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana
- Compensation range of 90-130k base, 180-250k target, no caps
