Our teams use AI and breakthrough technologies to collaborate with clients and drive transformative solutions that redefine industries and uplift communities worldwide.We’re seeking a Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement to join our Global Sourcing team.ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing contract negotiations and contract administration for a large quantity of highly complex contracts in multiple categories.Determine solutions and actions in response to contract asks and identify contracting issues, reviewing and revising solutions suggested by more junior team members.Support the development of demand-side process improvements in support of global contract implementation and assist with the implementation of the global sourcing strategy.Represent sourcing in stakeholder and business partner meetings focused on assigned categories, solicit and evaluate proposals, and negotiate purchase terms in alignment with the global sourcing strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; Business or Supply Chain degree preferred; Advanced degree preferred.10–12 years of total work experience preferred, with understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and practices for the specific categories.Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects and spend categories.Demonstrated experience negotiating successful results.No direct reports; provides guidance to more junior staff.Benefits and CultureBNY offers competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a culture of excellence and pay-for-performance.
