We are searching for a dynamic leader to head our team in Cambridge, MA, at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA). CHA is a Harvard affiliated, nationally recognized, award-winning public healthcare system that provides the highest quality patient care.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience as well as a successful track record of recruitment, retention, professional development and mentoring of junior staff. In addition we are seeking a physician who has demonstrated ability in cross specialty collaboration through the implementation of protocols, operational and finance process improvement and clinical quality initiatives.
