Description

We are recruiting an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician to help drive the preventative maintenance plan to achieve maximum equipment efficiency during the production of Vinyl Records in Nashville, TNAs a Maintenance Technician specializing in Esatec and Albertina Machines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and performance of these advanced machines.

You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on both Esatec and Albertina Machines, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize machine efficiency.
Hours: 7:30-4:30 M-F

Responsibilities
  • Automation Machine Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on Esatec and Albertina Machines to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in both Esatec and Albertina Machines.
  • PLC Troubleshooting
  • Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts for both machines to minimize machine downtime.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of Esatec and Albertina Machines to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when performing maintenance tasks.
  • Training: Train machine operators and other technicians on proper machine operation and maintenance procedures for both Esatec and Albertina Machines.
  • Spare Parts Management: Assist in managing spare parts inventory for both machines to ensure availability for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
  • 2 years experience working on PLC and Machine Maintenance
  • Pass technical assessments addressing job-critical maintenance knowledge areas
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with the following:
    • Basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays)
    • Inspecting Machines for faults
    • Electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting)
    • Schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays).
    • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in both Esatec and Albertina Machines
    • Reading mechanical drawings (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics)
*Must be able to pass drug test/background check*
