Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team for a 12-hour night shift. This role serves as a critical support position following the Electricians, focusing on the upkeep and troubleshooting of automated systems.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Addressing maintenance challenges related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), robotic systems, and other automated machinery.
  • Engaging in hands-on troubleshooting on the production floor to identify and resolve electrical malfunctions.
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools, including laptops, to analyze and rectify issues within PLC programming.
Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Fanuc Robots
  • Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLCs
  • Strong Electrical Troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with Multimeters
  • Background in Industrial Maintenance
  • Knowledge of ABB Robots
  • Understanding of Sensors and Cameras
