The majority of work we do is residential flat roofing and shingle roofing.

What are your responsibilities
  • Manage and overseeing the construction site
  • Supervising on-site personnel, subcontractors and vendors
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop plans and schedules
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed
  • Ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards
What do we expect from you
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of various construction trades and their requirements
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts
Requirements:

-Owns a smartphone with a quality data plan

-Transportation to and from work

-Valid driver's license

Experience: 3 years working in any of the below trades (Required):

-Asphalt shingle roofing

-Torch roofing

-TPO / EPDM roofing

-Sheet metal experience

-Flashing

-Gutters and downspouts

-Drywall and paint repair

-Siding

-Exterior trim / carpentry
