As a Lead in Talent Acquisition, you’ll take ownership of the full recruiting life cycle—from intake through offer negotiation—for a variety of roles across Slalom. What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake conversations and calibrate role requirements. Source, screen, and assess candidates aligned to Slalom’s values and business needs. Manage interview logistics, feedback loops, and candidate communications. Lead offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with People and Compensation teams. Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process. Track progress and maintain data integrity in recruiting systems. Compensation And Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
