Join us in building a brighter, cleaner world.This position will be based in Charlotte, NC.Summary Of RolePalmetto is seeking a highly organized and people oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in creating a seamless candidate experience and ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process from scheduling interviews and managing logistics to supporting onboarding and new hire orientation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring the best talent to Palmetto.Strategic & TacticalManage all aspects of interview coordination for candidates across multiple roles and functions, including complex multi-panel scheduling and rescheduling needs.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a positive, timely, and professional experience.Greet and host candidates visiting the Charlotte office, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for interviews.Maintain accuracy and organization of interview loops, scorecards, and feedback timelines within Greenhouse.Recruiting Operations & Administrative SupportSupport recruiters and hiring managers with Greenhouse data entry, job postings, and requisition management.Ensure timely completion of background checks, and reference checks as needed.Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.Onboarding & New Hire ExperienceCollaborate with the People Operations team to coordinate new hire onboarding and assist in facilitating the new hire rotation program.Support employee engagement efforts tied to onboarding and orientation.And other duties as assigned.Qualifications13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (fast-paced, growth-oriented company experience preferred).Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS required.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.Passion for creating exceptional candidate and new hire experiences.
