Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
to lead that change. This role will serve as the key bridge between internal stakeholders and external talent partners, helping shape an innovative, scalable recruiting ecosystem that supports both corporate and field operations. The team values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement — creating a results-oriented culture focused on efficiency and strategic impact.

This hybrid position, based in Charlotte, NC, offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide hiring strategies. You'll help design and oversee talent programs that drive growth and stability. The role provides exposure to executive leadership, vendor strategy, and the full spectrum of talent acquisition operations.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead vendor partnerships across RPO and MSP programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage contingent workforce processes, metrics, and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive executive-level searches and deliver leadership talent.
  • Track and report on recruiting performance, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Align recruiting practices with business goals, ensuring a unified and efficient talent model.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between internal HR, operations, and vendor teams.

Are You a Proven Talent Acquisition Strategist Ready to Lead?

  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a senior or strategic role.
  • Demonstrated success managing MSP and RPO programs.
  • Strong track record in executive-level and high-volume recruiting.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC four days per week.
