Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join a client in Raleigh, NC. The Construction Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Receive and review all subcontractor bids.
Coordinate all pre-bid and site visits with subcontractors.
Create and distribute Bid Manuals for subcontractor use during the bidding process.
Create Pricing Books for Preconstruction Manager and Operations Department
Update and maintain the subcontractor database.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Serve as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe, Bluebeam.
