Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and confirm scheduled services, notate any vehicle concerns the customer has, and write work orders
  • Advise customers of necessary service and technician recommendations, provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorizations and collect payments
  • Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping  customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Foster customer loyalty through outstanding customer service and rapport

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales or service advisor experience at a high line dealership
  • A track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Intrinsically motivated to achieve personal and dealership goals
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

The Service Department is open Monday – Friday 7am – 6pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm. We ask that all candidates have flexible availability to work any of these days and times. Our Service team enjoys a positive, productive team-oriented environment, and a climate-controlled shop.
