Enrollment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enrollment Advisor to join our team at Primavera Online High School. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our online high school program.
Key Responsibilities- Make initial contact with prospective students and their families to discuss enrollment options and answer questions
- Document all interactions and conversations with students and families in our Student Information System
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding enrollment policies and procedures
- Advise students and families on eligibility requirements and resolve any concerns that may arise
- Set clear expectations and deadlines for enrollment and follow up with students and families as needed
- Verify that all enrollment paperwork is complete and valid
- Determine student commitment, motivation, and potential challenges they may face while attending Primavera Online High School
- Complete the enrollment process for all prospective students, including walk-ins
- Review and follow up with students and families in your database on a regular basis
- Provide support to other Enrollment Advisors as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in an educational environment
Our office environment is generally sedentary, but may require standing and walking for up to 80% of the time.
