The Customer Support Assistant will need to have the passion to want to learn and grow. The Customer Support Assistant will learn to be a true hunter, naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our client's product/services to the TAMPA market.
Customer Support Assistants Position Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify leads - Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of our client’s products and services. Be the point person for your team's sales leads qualification process.
- Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, and educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between new clients and Account Executives.
- Customer support – Answer questions from customers, identify the issue, and make suggestions for future or new products or services.
Customer Support Assistants Position Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Sales, or Business Administration is preferred (not necessary)
- Hands-on experience with multiple customer support and sales techniques (including face-to-face communication)
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
