  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact and qualify leads to encourage the purchase of our client's products and services.
  • Manage current accounts by staying in close contact with existing accounts or leads and creating brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, identifying issues, and making suggestions for future or new products or services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Communications, Sales, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple customer support and sales techniques, including face-to-face communication.
  • Experience with CRM software, with Salesforce training provided.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
