Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and is passionate about creating impactful solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and evolve our IT solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs, including process automation, product enhancements, report development, payment integration, UX design, and more.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into development tasks.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments, such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Social teams, to implement effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build additional internal and external tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Design and manage database infrastructure, data ingestion, and data warehousing.
  • Use AWS cloud services for infrastructure design and deployment.
  • Adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where processes are continuously evolving.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of relevant full-stack development and deployment experience.
  • Must be proficient in Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, tRPC, MySQL, and API integration.
  • Expertise in database infrastructure, data warehousing, and data management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS) and Docker.
  • Familiarity with development around payment processing and integration. (Stripe, Authorize.net)
  • Strong ability to design and lead both front-end and back-end development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week with potential for hybrid work.
