The ideal resume would contain excellent writing, clear verbal skills, some knowledge of HR polices and processes. Flexible and curious learners who can work with different types of content and CMS. Those who have experience with content editing, publishing, and stakeholder interactions.

Typical Day in the Role

  • Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to lead the content knowledge for HR, especially for HRWeb, the ASK HR virtual assistant, and the US benefits content site. The team handles content updates, editing, improvements, and stakeholder interactions for various HR policies and processes. The team also works on some projects related to AI and copilot, under the umbrella of HR content.
  • Key projects: This role will contribute to interact with stakeholders and doing multiple content editing for HRWEB

Candidate Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field
  • Degrees or certifications required: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Disqualifiers: Having no experience with content editing, Microsoft office suite, publishing, or stakeholder interactions. Being unable to work with different types of content and CMS, or handle multiple content updates for various projects
  • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 3+ years experience with Content editing, publishing,
2. Minimum 4+ years experience with stakeholder interactions (calls, outlook, teams)
3. Minimum 3+ years experience with CMS and SharePoint experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $42/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
