POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Development Manager is integral to driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities involve supporting the company's growth with market research, relationship building, and strategic planning. Your role will require making decisions on significant business opportunities and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

1. Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Develop actionable insights based on data to support business objectives.
2. Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including client targeting and relationship building, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and foster relationships to advance business opportunities.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
3. Pipeline Management
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, update project statuses, and forecast sales accurately.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting for all client activities and deal stages.
4. Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales Support, and Product Development, to align on business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
5. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and address client needs.
  • Provide high-level support, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning offerings with client goals.
By effectively fulfilling these key responsibilities, you will play a valuable role in supporting the sales department efforts at the organization and contributing to the success and growth of the talent represented.
