Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join Josh Tollett - State Farm Agent as an Account Manager. This role involves working closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong work ethic and making a total commitment to success each day. You will also receive valuable experience, growth potential, and opportunities for advancement within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and quotas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the agent to develop and execute marketing plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
