About Us:
Our client is seeking aTalent Acquisition Managerto join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate recruitment strategies, with a focus on expanding talent pipelines, supporting DEI initiatives, and managing key programs such as campus recruiting.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles at all levels within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline.
Lead the campus recruitment program, including goal setting, execution, and evaluation.
Strengthen partnerships with external organizations to source and attract diverse talent.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to define and achieve talent acquisition success metrics.
Oversee the internship program and drive DEI initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze and report on hiring metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Coach and support hiring managers on interviewing best practices, including the development of behavioral interview questions.
Drive and contribute to special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
Ensure all recruitment practices comply with government regulations and internal policies.
What You Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various disciplines; experience recruiting for Finance, IT, or Sales roles is a plus.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in reporting and data analysis within an HR or Talent Acquisition environment is preferred.
What We Offer:
Compensation:$130,000 base salary, 12% annual bonus, and equity.
Hybrid Work Schedule:Work onsite in Woburn, MA, three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
