E-Commerce Brand Manager

We are seeking an E-commerce Brand Manager with strong implementation skills and a deep working knowledge of Salesforce platforms to lead the migration of our successful e-commerce site to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role also involves integrating the platform with Rootstock ERP, ensuring seamless operations and driving significant growth post-migration.
Key Responsibilities:Platform Migration and Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end migration of the current e-commerce site to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring technical and operational excellence.
- Configure and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize usability, functionality, and scalability for the brand.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud with Rootstock ERP to enable real-time inventory management, order processing, and seamless data synchronization.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the migration and post-launch.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to current e-commerce operations.
- Utilize strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Rootstock ERP to streamline workflows and enhance platform efficiency.
- Actively contribute to solving complex technical issues related to platform configuration, data migration, and integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce and Rootstock updates and best practices to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow e-commerce revenue post-migration, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and deploy personalized, data-driven campaigns that boost engagement.
- Implement advanced e-commerce features, such as AI-powered product recommendations, subscription models, and loyalty programs, to drive customer lifetime value.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic, conversions, and customer retention, using Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize site performance and customer experience.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and regular updates to leadership.
- Act as the primary e-commerce lead, collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce and Rootstock consultants, ensuring integrations align with company requirements.
- Train and mentor internal teams on Salesforce and Rootstock functionalities to maximize platform utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, platform implementation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Rootstock ERP, with experience managing integrations between e-commerce and ERP platforms.
- Proven track record in leading e-commerce platform migrations and delivering post-migration growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and AI-driven personalization.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Salesforce dashboards.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Rootstock ERP configuration and customization is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with advanced e-commerce trends, including subscription models, loyalty programs, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of the lighting, photonics, or optics industries is a bonus.
