Seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to identify areas of improvement and track progress.
  • Develop and implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Continually assess and revise care plans to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Jersey.
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required. We will provide training and support to ensure your success.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned and provide care in a variety of home settings.
  • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
