About the Role


Job Title : Application Support Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Provide technical support for .NET applications and infrastructure in a production environment.
  • Analize, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability .
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues.
  • Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs .
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment .
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures .
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours


Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong .NET skills with good hands-on experience in .Net Core and Web API.
  • Strong working experience in Production Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
  • High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
  • Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.
