What You'll Do
  • Customer Engagement: Be the frontline of communication, handling inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Assess and address customer needs, ensuring swift resolution of complaints and inquiries.
  • Account Management: Maintain and manage customer accounts, keeping detailed records of interactions and actions taken.
  • Collaborative Projects: Assist with special projects and coordinate with internal departments to enhance the client experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in petrochemical, chemical, power generation, manufacturing, or construction safety is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with a knack for IT.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Driven and Organized: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
