Background
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability defense.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved.
- Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
- Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage case files efficiently.
