Nittany Energy is looking for a HVAC Dispatcher in our State College office. The HVAC Dispatcher will report to the Service Manager.This person will communicate with both customers and service technicians along with company employees. They will work directly with customers to schedule appointments and follow as needed. This individual must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. This is a full-time position and will primarily be a M-F schedule with some weekend availability in the winter season.HVAC Service Dispatcher responsibilities:Communicate with customers on a daily basis through phone and emailSchedule service appointments and communicate details to the service techsWork closely with all service techs on a daily basis in order to communicate appointment details and follow up Document customer accounts Assist and support all members of the team as needed Communicate in a positive and timely manner Attend company meetings and trainings as needed or required Preferred:Basic to advanced computer skillsHVAC experience or knowledge of the business is strongly preferred but not required
