The HVAC Dispatcher will be responsible for:

- Scheduling service appointments and relaying essential information to technicians.
- Collaborating closely with service technicians to ensure all appointment details are accurately communicated.
- Maintaining and documenting customer accounts efficiently.
- Providing assistance and support to team members as required.
- Fostering positive and timely communication.
- Participating in company meetings and training sessions as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic to advanced computer proficiency.
- Experience or familiarity with HVAC systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
This is a full-time opportunity with a primarily Monday to Friday schedule, including some weekend availability during peak seasons.
