Location: Remote. Will be assigned to an 8-hour shift between 8am EST- 5pm PST.

Duration: 3-4 months

Start Date: 12/2/2024

Pay rate: 25-32/hr


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience with recruiting/ Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Human Resource Management (HRM) experience
  • Workday preferred
  • Customer service experience and comfortability communicating with people with varying backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills, natural professionalism, quick learner, and good communication skills

Details: Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their HR organization to provide supplemental support while a few team members are on leave. This person will be supporting the organization with any post-offer support up until candidates are cleared to start. The typical lifecycle for this process is ~10 days, and this TA Coordinator can expect to partner with up to 30-35 upcoming hires at any given time. This may include scheduling time with new hires to discuss onboarding, initiate background and drug screenings for upcoming hires, answering details related to benefits, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources staff regarding all post-offer employment activity.
  • Provides job applicants with post-offer employment information and assists with the review of information provided by applicants.
  • Assists new employees with new hire paperwork, including but not limited to paperwork related to background checks, work authorization and relocation, when applicable.
  • Coordinates pre-employment drug testing scheduling.
  • Monitors and reviews post offer background results daily and follows up as needed with candidates, HR, Recruiters as well as the background check vendor.
  • Works closely with candidates who have been offered roles to ensure a positive experience.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
