Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving funnel conversion of the company application process, working closely with the Product organization to identify opportunities to improve product usability and to drive aggregate adoption/compliance across our Property Manager clients.
  • Optimize monetization in-funnel, leveraging analytics, marketing, and product skills to find the right product for the appropriate audience segments. New products and current product optimization. Work with best-in-class martech tools and data infrastructure to test, learn, fail, and win quickly.
  • Work closely with the Director of Data Activation to grow the business on the aforementioned projects along with net new initiatives, ranging from complex predictive data models to disruptive technological services that the long-term rental industry is currently lacking and needing.
  • Obsess over revenue: This role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the bottom line of the company, where you will be able to point to the financial growth you are driving.
  • Interfacing with partners, strategizing to bring their product or service to life with our audience through ideal, high value segments. Owning partner relationships and ensuring performance goals are met.

  • Problem-solving: Proficiency in identifying issues and developing effective solutions- “let’s figure it out” mentality.
  • Decision-making: Capacity to make informed decisions based on available data and insights, even under pressure or in uncertain situations.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL, has a strong foundation in data-centric thinking and decision making.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders, both in writing and verbally. Ability and confidence to meaningfully contribute and oftentimes lead collaborative meetings with strategic partners.
  • Digital Product knowledge: Has understanding of the product development lifecycle, understands the high-level functions of Backend and Frontend software systems. Will work directly with product managers and engineers on growth-led initiatives.
