Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and manage vendor relations
  • Keep client records and transaction documents organized and up to date
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment
