Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator that thrives amid a fast-paced office and has the ability to multi-task while being friendly, positive and productive. We are proud to have an exceptional culture for our employees focusing on training, goals, and recognition.
We need individuals with strong organizational skills for our multi-company office, who can manage multiple tasks at once and juggle multiple priorities.
JOB DUTIES
Answer and direct incoming calls
Create and schedule appointments for sales team
Maintain multiple calendars
Schedule dumpster rentals
Track company data using Microsoft Excel
Enter new customer information into system
Direct and coordinate equipment and material moves for 2 drivers
All Customer communications relating to dumpster deliveries and payments
Continually monitor and track the location of the trucks and dumpsters through computerized tracking software.
