Title: IT - Database Admin (Gen)
Location: McLean VA (REMOTE)
Duration: 12+ Months On-going Contract
Compensation: $44.50PH - $48.75PH
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
Execute tasks related to the daily administration and upkeep of database systems. This role will concentrate on a major AWS Redshift database project in the cloud and support other significant Redshift systems. Responsibilities include handling installations, upgrades, backups, and configurations. Collaborate with relevant managers to address issues and assess database system capabilities. The position also involves some design and programming using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Experience in big data databases and AWS cloud management is essential. Typically, up to five years of relevant experience is required.
