Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Manager in the Amazon Exports team in Seattle, WA, and be at the forefront of innovation that impacts customers in over 200 countries and regions. You'll be part of an exciting journey to enable customers worldwide to purchase any product we offer globally, through a seamless, localized, and personalized experience at competitive prices and with superior delivery.
In this pivotal role, you'll own the vision and end-to-end product roadmap to transform the shopping experience for cross-border customers across the globe. You'll own large-scale machine learning and AI products that drive customer engagement and retention. From defining feature, business, and technology strategies to executing them in collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll be at the helm of delivering multiple initiatives and tech products that span the entire Amazon shopping experience.
We're seeking a highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and entrepreneurial product manager with a passion for creating world-class shopping experiences. You'll thrive on the opportunity to work across cultures, geographies, and teams, leveraging your strong influencing skills, business acumen, and deep curiosity about how things work. With your exceptional communication skills and leadership presence, you'll represent the team at all levels, rallying diverse stakeholders around your vision.
Key job responsibilities
- Conceptualize and deliver comprehensive customer insights to better understand opportunities to improve the shopping experience of international customers
- Think big and own the long-term vision to improve the cross-border customer experience
- Drive CX product roadmap and tech initiatives to improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Define technical requirements and drive product/tech design with tech teams
- Own relationship with internal and external tech and business teams around the world
- Partner with senior leaders to drive cross-organizational initiatives
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
