We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with extensive experience managing Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management projects. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration and experience working in IT Security environment. Needs to be is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program



Responsibilities:

Manage Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management related projects.
Analyze the gaps from vulnerability scans and come up with a list of projects/action items to close the gaps.
Develop detailed project plans with resource assignments to execute projects.
Develop and track metrics and reports.
Multi-tasking and being detail-oriented is critical in managing multiple fast-paced project teams and processes.
Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
Create, coordinate, and maintain project timelines and schedules.
Communicate project schedule, requirements, and status to colleagues and stakeholders.
Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
Responsible for creating and sharing meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
Develop PowerPoint presentations, with the status of vulnerabilities, to present to the IT and business leadership.
Collect status from the team members and develop a weekly status report.



Requirements:

5 years of experience managing Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management projects
Must be able to develop detailed project plans with resource assignments
Experience with ServiceNow, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience creating pivot tables and graphs/pie charts in Excel
Very strong communication skills and highly organized, must be able to document all project scope, requirements, work done, etc.
Team player looking to improve processes and play an integral role in the program
Clear understanding of project management best practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
Proven written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused
Knowledge of project management software and tools
PMP Certification is preferred.
