Job Summary:

The HR Technology - IT Systems Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals with expertise in HR technologies such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, and Fieldglass, as well as IT systems including Salesforce, S/4 HANA, NetSuite, and Ariba. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these technologies and systems, coupled with exceptional recruitment skills to build a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for HR technology and IT systems roles.
    • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
    • Provide expert guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment for HR technology and IT systems.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Pipeline Development:
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidates effectively.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Promote Dayfoxx Resources as an employer of choice within the HR technology and IT systems communities.
    • Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and promote the company brand.
Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on HR technology and IT systems roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, Fieldglass).
    • Familiarity with IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, S/4 HANA, NetSuite, Ariba).
  • Recruitment Skills:
