Pay: $21.63/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Little Rock, AR 72202 (hybrid schedule)
Position Type: Temp, potential temp to hire

Job Summary: Provide top-notch service to donors, volunteers, and/or internal staff via phone, email, web chat, and written correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all donor-related correspondence
  • Assist with 80k incoming phone calls and 20k emails annually to engage donors with delightful service and increase fundraising revenue and retention
  • Engage 13k donors via web chat
  • Assist with processing 1.1 million educational and fundraising collateral pieces
  • Assist donors with processing over 21,000 merchandise and/or MarketPlace items annually
  • Facilitate over 40k donor communication preferences to ensure each donor’s wishes are honored
  • Answer all donor questions quickly and accurately
  • Use a variety of computer systems
  • Continuously meet and exceed metrics
  • One interaction resolution

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with using technology and multitasking (using several systems at once)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Donor-centric mentality
