Under direction of the General Manager, the Plumbing Manager ensures that employees are assigned to perform work in keeping with their position as required. ? Direct and manage the Plumbing business in operating area and focus on gross margin goals and continual increase revenues. ? Generate revenue opportunities for the Plumbing team. ? Reviews and updates pricing in Service Titan as needed. ? Provide a superior level of service to ensure long term business growth and the ability to seek new ventures. ? Supervise the installations, repairs, and maintenances of the plumbing department. ? Provide day to day supervisory support to direct reports and focus on team leadership. ? Review daily service tickets completed by techs to assure for proper diagnosis, resolutions, pricing and opportunities identified. ? Work closely with CSR/Dispatch Team to plan, schedule, and assign the activities of the Plumbing team. ? Establish work standards, production control, and job priorities. ? Maintain a safe work environment and enforce the safety culture. Perform regularly schedule safety meetings as required by HR. ? Assist with determining time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs and provide technical support for field when required. ? Assure technicians have proper inventory on truck to complete scheduled work. ? Assure technicians have proper technical training and field tech support. ? Perform related work as required Job Qualifications: ? Journeyman Plumbing License, preferred ? High School Diploma ? Plumbing knowledge (Commercial & Residential) ? Knowledge of company operating procedures and township codes. ? Mechanical/HVAC/ Electrical knowledge a plus ? Ability to properly bid and estimate jobs ? Familiar with Service Titan For Journeyman plumbers: A successful Technician will be able to provide full services to residential customers, including manufactured (Mobile) homes and light commercial. Plumbing Experience Expectations: ? Electric and Tankless water heater installation and repair ? Sewer and Drain Cleaning ? Perform Video Camera Inspections ? Garbage Disposal installation and repair ? Water Filtration and Softener installation ? Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets) ? Full home inspection ? Whole house Repipe ? Slab Leak Repairs ? Knows how to solder/braze copper pipe and fittings properly ? Experience with Uponor and Pex Plumbing Products ?
