Responsibilities Continuously establish and cultivate new business relationships and opportunities; maintain successful relationships with current customers for continued sales growth. Broad understanding of how CRISPR and RNAi are used across the drug discovery process. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Revvity’s products and how each can be aligned to varying customer use cases. Drive a strategic territory sales plan to exceed order targets. Deliver custom value propositions for each account in collaboration with scientific and product teams. Manage complex sales processes with multiple buying influences. Present proposals to customers with cross-functional teams. Collaborate across departments in preparing and delivering marketing materials, proposals, and product information. Represent Revvity at conferences and industry events. Actively manage Salesforce inputs for accurate territory management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in a complex sales/business development role with a proven track record of direct selling in a life sciences environment. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and articulate technical value propositions. Fundamental understanding of drug discovery and/or diagnostic workflows and supporting technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Team player with interpersonal skills and ability to inspire others. Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Compensation Base salary range: $89,500 – $112,000. Total compensation also includes bonuses, equity, and benefits.
