Position Summary

As an operative of our company pledge to exceed client expectations, the Operations Manager manages staffing and scheduling of security officers for designated client contract/site location(s). The Account Manager acts as a trusted mentor to the security team and a quality service provider and liaison to our clients, communicating all daily operations activities with an effective and responsive approach.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages 5,000-6,500 hours of contract hours
  • Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs
  • Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers
  • Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach
  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance
  • Drafts and updates security post orders
  • Drives operational accountability
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
  • Must have 2 years experience in managing security operations or accounts
  • Have ability to work within a structured environment and follow standards of processes
  • Works well within a team
  • Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts as needed
  • Ability to work in time-critical situations with firm deadlines
  • Working knowledge of WinTeam & eHub platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Driver's License preferred
  • HS Diploma/GED
