Develop and implement all activities aiming to develop and retain clients, including prospecting, cold calling, in‑person sales calls Sales Leadership Develop and maintain positive and effective client relationships Collaborate in the development and presentation of powerful capabilities and RFIs Create business opportunities through all channels, including industry relationships and networks Work with operational colleagues to proactively resolve sponsor issues and secure repeat business Represent and advocate Business Development at various company meetings Proposal Leadership Collaborate in the analysis and development of the bid strategy Collaborate and manage Optimapharm Bids defense meetings Negotiate contracts with customers Marketing activities Represent Optimapharm at industry conferences and therapeutic meetings Obtain competitive information such as the strengths/weaknesses of competitive CROs Communicate industry events and trends to management BD Reporting activities Familiarity with Territory Planning, Account Plans and reporting tool Tracking, managing and reporting sales activities By joining our fast‑growing and prosperous team, you will have an excellent opportunity for further personal growth and career development.
