Sales Executives will report directly to the Director of Sales. This role requires great communication skills, energetic personality, and a strong work ethic. This individual will need to be comfortable soliciting new customers daily. We are looking for a Brokerage Sales Executives that possesses a self-starter mentality, who can provide ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities of a Brokerage Sales Executive include but not limited to the following:

Prospect and cold call new business accounts to add to the TCI portfolio.
Generate new business with daily solicitation of perspective and existing customers.
Manage the relationship between the customer and the company.
Create solutions based on customer needs.
Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met.
Manage customer expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaboratively work with other departments to properly manage customer needs.
