Account Executive - Permanent Modular Construction

As a leader in Permanent Modular Construction, we manage the design, fabrication, and installation of custom buildings in industries like Education, Construction, and Health Services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Conduct prospecting calls and emails via construction portals, referrals, and other sources.
  • Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Draft and review sales documents such as proposals and contracts.
  • Update CRM daily and track all leads, maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Attend networking events (2-4 per month) and industry tradeshows.
  • Collaborate with Branch Sales and Operations Managers to close deals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Cold calling and project-specific prospecting to grow sales and lease opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
