Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Clinical Addiction Psychologist to join its department of psychiatry and work with adult patients on the Jefferson Highway Campus. The successful candidates must have a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA-approved program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Louisiana. The position will involve working with adult patients in our Intensive Outpatient Programs (Ochsner Mental Wellness Program and Ochsner Recovery Program), completing psychological evaluations, and seeing individual patients in the outpatient clinic. Successful candidates will have experience with group therapy, psychological assessment (such as psychoeducational and personality testing), and training/experience with providing brief evidence-based psychotherapies in an outpatient setting. Experience with couples therapy is of interest. The salary offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and training.
