Parcel Pending by Quadient is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by leveraging effective sales strategies and managing assigned accounts.
Your role in our future
This role involves managing assigned accounts, crafting account strategies, expanding executive relationships, and delivering high-value solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies for assigned territories.
- Manage full sales cycles: lead generation, discovery, pricing, RFP management, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, client activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Review account and pipeline reports weekly and discuss strategies with management.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand business needs.
- Promote Quadient's products/services at marketing events.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze industry data to recommend solutions.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to grow market share.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Travel within the region (50%-70%) and attend events as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years in outside sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and cycle management.
- Experience in multifamily housing or related real estate.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Motivated self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.

This position has a target base salary of:
$110,000.00
and annual commission target of:
$105,000.00
Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
