Generates revenue by recruiting individuals to fill positions and identify companies that needs to outsource recruiting employees proactively calling people in their database, following up on all job posting inquiries, and the qualification of candidates before placement, cold calls, visits and lead generating will be necessary to set up appointments to close potential contracts. Bonuses available once probationary employment period has been completed and sales requirements surpasses.



Job Duties:

Focused on prospecting along with organized & consistent follow up on all customer leads.
Proactively calls individuals in the Infinity Staffing database and makes updates as needed.
Prompt and consistent follow up on all job posting inquiries through phone calls, emails, and texts when needed.
Requesting referrals of people who could become potential Infinity Staffing employees with each communication.
Cold calls to companies to set up appointments or generate leads.
Check-ins in person/orientation at client’s site
PowerPoint presentations creation for sales meeting with potential clients.
Emails to clients and candidates daily
Ability to follow sales metrics & track activity in our system. Data entry into our CRM is a MUST
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

HIGH LEVEL Sales Professional with proven track record of success
Bilingual & comfortable to write/communicate in both languages
Available to work fulltime – flexible
Great communication skills – MUST be versatile
Hard worker who is self-disciplined & can multitask.
Ability to adapt schedule to business as needed (could include evenings & weekends).
Progressive thinker.
Ambitious & career-growth minded.
Self-disciplined & able to complete daily tasks without consistent supervision.
A reliable professional who can play a big role in the growth of Infinity Staffing.
Must be able to multitask & self-disciplined enough to work without supervision.



Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week. Onsite and remote depending on business.


Pay Rate: Salary plus weekly commissions off gross profit
