Job Requirements

  • Automotive Sales Closers must have a strong background of automotive sales.
  • Previous Closer experience within an automotive dealership.
  • Steady work and performance history.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
  • Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Review all working prospects and CRM inputs with his/her team.
  • Perform a one-on-one with each salesperson to go over improvement areas.
  • Train daily and weekly on processes, motivation, and sales tactics.
  • Handle customer concerns.
  • Deliver information clearly by email, phone and in person.
  • Assist customers in the car buying experience, wants and needs.
  • Follow up with customer after the sale.
