Job DescriptionAs our Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, and grow our sales team and generate revenue by selling marketing and advertising services to new and existing clients. You will generate and assign leads, ensure proper follow-up on provided leads, increase the client base, and enroll Local Profile as the go-to marketing and advertising services provider. You will serve our clients through regular, positive, and proactive communication and act as an ambassador for the company, working diligently to create brand awareness.More specifically, you will:Generate new leads and enter them into AdOrbit (CRM)Assign leads to the sales team as appropriate and ensure leads are contacted according to the sales plan and goalsEnsure that the sales team is meeting designated KPIsAttend client appointments with the team to observe and coachFacilitate one group coaching session per week and one 1x1 session per week with each team memberProvide the leadership team with accurate sales forecastsDemonstrate continuous learning by participating in relevant webinars, training sessions, etc.Your compensation includes a base salary + benefits, and our commission plan is highly competitive. We also offer ongoing skills training and support, opportunities for personal and professional development, and some great perks (including unlimited PTO)QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of solution sales experience with 1+ years of sales leadershipSuperior communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.)Proficient in G-Suite, ability to learn AdOrbit CRM, and basic website navigationPreference will be given to those with coursework in solution and/or consultative selling and leadership training, with knowledge and familiarity with similar products and services (Publishing, Advertising, Marketing)This is a big job with a lot of responsibility.
